I also used to question Christians about how they can believe in God whom they cannot see. My first encounter with the church was when I was in elementary school. I went to a church for a short period of time and I happened to memorize a song about John 3:16, even though I did not quite understand what it really means. Later in my junior year in college, I heard the true meaning of John 3:16 through someone who witnessed to me. He explained to me that God loved me so much that He gave His only begotten son in order to save me. I decided to believe in Jesus after realizing that if someone whom I do not even know could give me the most precious thing in the world, he must be trustworthy. The seed sowed in my heart when I was an elementary school kid had ripened by the prayer and evangelism of surrounding people.
